Welcome to Jasa Essential ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate the Jasa Essential web application and Progressive Web App (PWA), accessible at JasaEssential.com.

2 Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information when you use Jasa Essential:
- Account Information: Full name, email address, and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
- Contact Details: Primary and alternate mobile numbers you add to your profile.
- Delivery Addresses: Saved addresses including street, city, state, and pincode.
- Order Data: Details of products ordered, xerox/printing configurations, quantities, and delivery preferences.
- Uploaded Documents: Files you upload for xerox/printing services are temporarily stored in Supabase Storage for order processing only.
- Device & Usage Data: Browser type, device type, pages visited, and interaction logs for improving the app experience.
- Push Notification Token: If you grant permission, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token is stored to send order updates.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve our services:
- Processing and fulfilling your orders (products, xerox, delivery).
- Sending order status updates and notifications.
- Verifying your identity and securing your account.
- Contacting you regarding your orders or account.
- Improving app performance and user experience.
- Complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using the following trusted services:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, and Cloud Messaging. Data is stored on Google's secure infrastructure.
- Supabase: Uploaded documents for xerox orders are stored temporarily and deleted after order completion.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5 Uploaded Documents
When you upload files for xerox/printing services:
- Files are uploaded to secure cloud storage (Supabase) for the sole purpose of processing your print order.
- Files are accessible only to the assigned xerox shop and our internal team.
- Files are deleted from storage after the order is completed or cancelled.
- We do not read, analyse, or share the contents of your documents.
6 Cookies & Local Storage
Jasa Essential uses browser localStorage to cache your profile data, navigation components, and app preferences (such as dark mode) for a faster experience. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers independently.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
7 Push Notifications
If you grant notification permission, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you:
- Order confirmation and status updates.
- Delivery notifications.
- Important service announcements.
You can revoke notification permission at any time through your browser or device settings.
8 Children's Privacy
Jasa Essential is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
